The new Cure It EVO System has been designed for application DIRECT TO INSULATION BOARDS. Installation is quicker and more cost effective than the traditional method for installing GRP warm roofs.

Cure It Evo is an easy to use system: simply fit the insulation, apply the Evo Primer and Evo Basecoat laminate then apply the Topcoat to finish.

Cure It Evo Primer has been specially formulated to bond directly onto foil-backed insulation boards. This means that you no longer need a timber deck on insulation when installing a warm roof, saving you the cost and labour time of installing an entire OSB deck.

Cure It Evo Basecoat and Reinforcement Mat can then be applied directly to the Primer. The Basecoat is easy to apply and forms the laminate that is durable, creating a hard wearing waterproof surface.

To complete the roof installation, Cure It Topcoat (available in various colours) is applied to provide an extreme UV resistant finish.

Cure It Evo has been designed for application direct to insulation, removing the need for a OSB board deck.

  • Suitable structural wood boards used for the subdeck (OSB/Ply wood).
  • Vapour Control Layer required to prevent condensation build up.
  • Insulation boards (120mm) fixed to the subdeck using suitable mechanical fixings and washers (provided in kit box).
  • 50mm Aluminium foil tape used to secure trims to the insulation (no requirement for clout nails).
  • Apply Cure It Evo Primer directly to the insulation boards (this replaces the need for an OSB deck).
  • Apply Cure It Evo Basecoat with 450g per metre square Reinforcement Mat.
  • Finish with Cure It Topcoat.
